Sessions are tailored to suit the individuals needs and are set in my garden studio in East Horsley. Private tuition is particularly helpful in back rehabilitation, building confidence in beginners or working on more challenging poses in a safe environment. Anyone wishing to deepen their practice or grasp a better understanding of their body will benefit.
