Pregnancy Yoga: I am trained in pregnancy yoga and therefore qualified to teach pregnant students in all of my general classes.

"I have been attending Ellie's class for just over a year and I cannot believe the stretches, the poses and the many bendy things my body can do at the end of a hard, tiring day thanks to her watchful and skillful guidance. She encourages us to focus, achieve both physical and mental balance and challenge our ideas of what we think we can't do! I relish every class I have with Ellie not just because of her depth of knowledge and understanding of yoga but also because of the way she imparts that to us in such a personal and genuinely caring way. I may never achieve the lotus position or rest my ankle on the back of my neck but Ellie will never give up telling me it's possible." -Karen Wilson

"Under Ellie’s careful tutelage I have advanced considerably in yoga. From being an absolute beginner in January 2003, through her I have learnt about many different aspects of yoga and become a competent and regular practitioner. Her enthusiasm and knowledge have been a tremendous inspiration to me, to the point where I am now learning to teach yoga myself. Ellie’s concern for my safety and welfare in her classes is thorough and professional: I always feel entirely safe no matter what new postures we attempt." - Steve Hill, Guildford
